At The Landlord Hub, we prioritize prompt and efficient delivery of digital documents and certificates. This policy explains how we manage the delivery of services and any physical items associated with our offerings.

2. Delivery of Services
2.1 Digital Reports and Certificates:

  • All reports and certificates (EICR, Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs) are delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking.
  • Digital delivery typically occurs within 7 working days of service completion.

2.2 Physical Documentation (if applicable):

  • Should you require a hard copy of any certificate or report, this must be requested at the time of booking.
  • Physical documents will be sent via standard postal services and may incur additional charges.

3. Service Updates

  • We will provide regular updates, including when the service is booked, completed, and when documents are sent.

4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Digital Delivery:

  • Certificates and reports will be delivered within 7 working days after the service is completed.
  • In rare cases of delays, we will notify you promptly.

4.2 Physical Delivery:

  • Hard copies are dispatched within 3–5 business days of request confirmation. Delivery times depend on the postal service provider and your location.
  • International Deliveries: For physical deliveries outside the UK, additional charges may apply, and delivery timeframes may vary based on location and shipping provider.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address and/or physical address provided at the time of booking.
  • For undeliverable items or failed email deliveries due to errors on the customer's part, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Digital deliveries are included in the service price.
  • Physical delivery charges, including international shipping, will be communicated at the time of booking.
