2. Services Provided
2.1 The Landlord Hub connects landlords with certified contractors for compliance and property-related services.
2.2 We do not directly carry out these services; instead, we arrange for accredited professionals to complete them on your behalf.
3. Bookings and Appointments
3.1 Landlords are responsible for providing accurate property information during booking.
3.2 Once a service is booked, we will liaise with your tenants to schedule an appointment at a suitable time.
3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure tenant cooperation for access to the property.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 All payments must be made in advance at the time of booking.
4.2 Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund.
5.2 Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
5.3 If a contractor cannot access the property due to tenant unavailability, the service may be rescheduled, but additional charges may apply.
6. Certificates and Documentation
6.1 Digital copies of certificates and reports will be provided upon completion of the service.
6.2 The Landlord Hub is not liable for delays caused by third-party contractors.
7. Updates on Job Completion
7.1 We will keep you informed about the progress of your service.
7.2 Upon request, we will notify you once the job is complete and provide digital copies of the relevant certificates.
8. Liability Disclaimer
8.1 The Landlord Hub acts as a facilitator between landlords and contractors and cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the contractor's work.
8.2 It is the landlord's responsibility to ensure the property is in a condition suitable for the requested service.
8.3 While we work with accredited contractors, The Landlord Hub does not guarantee the outcomes of the services provided.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 The Landlord Hub reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
9.2 Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
